LEED & GREEN BUILDING
We assist our clients by specifying and obtaining environmentally responsible flooring products by supporting the US Green Building Council's LEED standards and guidelines. Kim combines these standards with an evaluation of our clients' facility-specific needs and goals in order to identify an ideal flooring product selection for each area of occupancy.

The United States Green Building Council (USGBC) developed the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system to provide a national standard for green building design. LEED evaluates buildings in five areas: sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy & atmosphere, materials & resources, and indoor environmental quality. Within these categories, points or credits are available, and the number of points a project or building earns determines the level of certification it will be awarded: Certified, Silver, Gold, or Platinum.
